Mosaic Live was entrusted with the responsibility of producing the 8th World Green Economy Summit (WGES), a globally recognized event hosted by the World Green Economy Organization (WGEO), Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), and the Dubai Supreme Council of Energy. This year’s summit revolved around the critical theme of ‘Climate Action Leadership through Collaboration: The Roadmap to Net-Zero’, and brought together an impressive cohort of ministers, experts, decision-makers, officials, representatives of institutions, and the academic community from around the world.
Mosaic Live flawlessly executed every aspect of the summit with precision and professionalism. Working against a tight build deadline, we delivered the main keynote stage, which could seat a staggering 800 participants, and three breakout stages that seated 250 pax each, each managed by our team of experts. Our responsibilities included full production, branding, design, layout, stage management, technical direction, scenic, furniture, collateral, content, show run, manpower, and photo & video coverage.
In addition to managing the main conference and breakout sessions, we also organized the closed-door Ministerial Roundtable, which brought together 25 ministers and officials from around the world. We were also responsible for running the Regional Conference of the Youth, Youth Circle, and Emirates Energy Awards, further highlighting our versatility and expertise in managing multiple stakeholder events simultaneously.
Overall, Mosaic Live’s event management skills and attention to detail ensured that the Summit was a resounding success.
