Mosaic Live has been proud to partner with Salesforce in Dubai and the GCC for the past seven years. What started as a small 250-person conference has grown into a vibrant event with over 2,500 attendees. This year’s edition, held at the Madinat Jumeirah Conference Center, featured 50 sponsor booths, a 360° Customer Experience Centre, seven breakout stages, a CIO Roundtable, meeting spaces, and a VIP Executive Lounge.
One of the most impressive moments was the swift transformation of the plenary stage into multiple breakout areas all completed in just 20 minutes during a coffee break. The Partner Expo Area featured hands-on activations like toy building for underprivileged children, a live DJ, an air hockey table, and an F1 simulator.
Every aspect was carefully planned from venue flow and clear signage to access control, workstations, charging stations, and white-glove VIP service. Strategically placed maps ensured guests could navigate easily, creating a smooth and memorable experience.
