The 2024 edition, held at the Madinat Jumeirah Conference Center, featured a Partner Expo Area with 50 sponsor booths, a 360-Degree Customer Experience Centre, seven breakout stages, a CIO Roundtable, four meeting rooms, and an exclusive VIP Executive Lounge.

A standout feature of the event was the seamless transformation of the main plenary stage into breakout stages during a quick 20-minute coffee break, allowing guests to return for targeted breakout sessions. The Partner Expo Area offered engaging activations, including a toy-building initiative for underprivileged children, a live DJ, an air hockey table, and an F1 simulator.

Every aspect of the guest experience was meticulously planned, from strategically mapped layouts and clear signage to robust access control procedures. Special features like workstations, charging stations, and premium services for VIP guests—including a dedicated lounge with white-glove service and branded aprons—enhanced the overall experience.
