Mosaic Live proudly organized the graduation ceremony for MBZUAI’s third cohort of students in June 2024. This significant event, held at the Abu Dhabi Energy Centre, celebrated 101 graduates from 22 different nationalities, including 24% Emiratis, marking the university’s most diverse cohort since its inception.

As skilled event planners and organizers, Mosaic Live orchestrated a memorable ceremony that featured a Processional Walk of Students and Faculty, the Conferral of Degrees, PhD Graduates Hooding, and a Valedictorian Speech, culminating in a celebratory hat throwing ceremony.. Our team managed the entire event planning process, collaborating closely with the MBZUAI team on event theme, visual branding language, screen content, VOGs, MC scripts, agendas, show calling and also delivering the full technical and production for the event. 

This event represented the largest gathering for the university, involving extensive rehearsals and briefings with students, the faculty, the MC, and the Valedictorian. Additionally, Mosaic coordinated with ADTV to ensure a live stream of the ceremony across MBZUAI’s social media channels, and to ADTV channels enhancing the reach and impact of this momentous occasion.
