Mosaic Live worked closely with the Masdar team, to produce the content and full stage production for the Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week Opening Ceremony and the Zayed Sustainability Prize Awards Ceremony 2023. The Ceremony was held at ADNEC, Abu Dhabi and was attended by HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, along with 14 Heads of State and 900+ Protocol attendees among 2800 guests.

Mosaic delivered all the creative content for the preshow and the 60-minute main show which included designing custom background animations, branding for the key note speeches, a special Roots themed transition sequence from ADSW to the Prize, the prize nominations and awarding animation and a finale closing moment for the group photograph. The execution this time also involved entire stage production with an LED lined floor, a bespoke fabric ceiling installation, 900+ VIP seating management, a National Anthem performance with 100 school kids, branding around the ceremony hall and live streaming of the ceremony and the awards to various social media channels of Masdar.
