Mosaic Live partnered closely with Masdar to deliver an unforgettable experience at the 2023 Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week Opening Ceremony and the Zayed Sustainability Prize Awards. Hosted at ADNEC in Abu Dhabi, the prestigious event welcomed HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, along with 14 Heads of State, over 900 protocol attendees, and more than 2,800 distinguished guests.
From concept to execution, Mosaic brought the entire event to life producing all creative content and managing full-scale stage production. The 60-minute main show, preceded by an engaging pre-show, featured custom-designed animated backgrounds, bespoke keynote branding, a specially themed “Roots” transition bridging the ADSW and Prize segments, visually striking nomination and winner sequences, and a memorable closing moment for the group photo.
The staging was elevated by a dynamic LED-lined floor and a custom-designed fabric ceiling installation, while our team also managed VIP seating for over 900 guests, coordinated a moving National Anthem performance by 100 schoolchildren, and oversaw full ceremony branding. The event was streamed live across Masdar’s social media platforms, ensuring global reach and impact.
