When a project sets out to change the future of healthcare and well-being, it needs more than flawless execution. It needs shared values, a clear understanding of vision, and a partner who approaches every detail with care. At Mosaic Live, we were proud to work once again with KEF Holdings, a company whose belief in integrity, innovation, and real impact mirrors our own.
A Vision Rooted in Nature and Science
In February 2025, we had the honor of bringing to life the grand opening of Tulah Clinical Wellness. Set on 30 acres of peaceful greenery in Chelembra, Kerala, just a short drive from Kozhikode International Airport, Tulah is the vision of Faizal E. Kottikollon, Founder and Chairman of KEF Holdings. This is not just a wellness resort. It blends ancient healing systems with modern clinical science and promotes a lifestyle that is balanced, sustainable, and rooted in nature. Mosaic Live was given the responsibility to bring this vision to reality through a thoughtfully curated three-day celebration that honored the essence of Tulah, the people behind it, and the philosophy it represents.
A Trusted and Ongoing Partnership
Our partnership with KEF Holdings is built on trust and shared purpose. We have worked with them on several high-impact projects and understand their drive to create change through thoughtful design and meaningful work. So when KEF Hospitality prepared to introduce Tulah as its flagship hospitality venture, we stepped in not just as event planners, but as creative collaborators helping to translate a bold idea into a powerful real-world experience.
Three Days, Three Distinct Audiences, One Vision
We designed three different experiences over three days, each dedicated to a specific audience and shaped to reflect Tulah’s core values.
Day One: Honoring Healthcare Heroes
On the first day, we welcomed the doctors and staff of Meitra Hospital. These professionals are the foundation of KEF’s healthcare work and their role in the larger vision is central. The day included an experiential tour of the property, with buggies taking guests from one immersive stop to another. Along the way, they experienced wellness demos, aromatherapy stations, herbal tea counters, sound bath corners, and more.
Day Two: A Personal Tribute to Family and Friends
The second day was more personal. It was designed for KEF’s close friends and family, people who have supported the dream from the very beginning. This day was quieter and more emotionally rich, with storytelling at its heart. As guests toured the sanctuary, they encountered performers sharing tales rooted in traditional healing. They met experts from various wellness fields, including Ayurveda, Tibetan medicine, and genome science, creating a deeply personal and inspiring experience.
Day Three: A Vision Shared with Global Stakeholders
The third day focused on key clients, investors, and international partners who have supported KEF’s journey and vision. For them, the experience was futuristic and forward-thinking. They toured the sanctuary with access to advanced wellness tech demonstrations, genome-based diagnostics, and interactive therapy pods. The day ended with a powerful keynote from Faizal Kottikollon, who shared Tulah’s mission and its role in shaping the future of wellness. The event drew leading figures like UAE Minister Abdulla Bin Touq Al Marri and former NITI Aayog CEO Amitabh Kant, giving the day global significance. The final dinner that night was filled with energy, reflection, and shared excitement for what lies ahead.
Tulah’s Philosophy Reflected in Every Detail
Tulah is not just another wellness center. It combines systems like Ayurveda, yoga, sound therapy, Chinese and Tibetan medicine, sports recovery, and clinical diagnostics, all supported by science and research. It aims to set a new standard in wellness worldwide. With this goal as our guide, every aspect of the event was planned to reflect that same philosophy. From how guests moved through the space to the sounds, scents, and visuals they encountered, everything was aligned with the spirit of natural living.
Designing an Experience, Not Just a Dinner
One of the highlights was the design of the final evening dinner. It was more than a celebration. It was a living expression of Tulah’s ethics and values. The entire setup was built using sustainable materials like local wood, woven bamboo, natural fibers, and dried flowers. Plastic and synthetic items were completely avoided. The lighting was kept warm and soft, creating a calming mood. Tables were styled with clay serveware and fresh herbs, staying away from traditional centerpieces. This setup not only looked beautiful, it felt meaningful and completely in sync with Tulah’s core message.
Evenings that Stirred Emotion and Connection
Each evening, guests were treated to soulful performances that connected people through music and shared emotion. Artists from Kerala played traditional rhythms that grounded the experience in place. Sufi musicians added a spiritual layer to the evenings, creating a space that felt uplifting and reflective at the same time.
A Moment of Unity and Stillness
One of the most memorable moments of the entire launch was a shared ritual that took place during the dinner. Guests were given bells and incense sticks made with Tulah’s signature scent. As twilight set in, everyone was invited to ring their bells and wave the incense through the air. The resulting sound was soft and unified, while the scent filled the space with calm and stillness. Many guests described the moment as deeply emotional and unforgettable. It marked the beginning of something new and meaningful, not just for Tulah, but for everyone present.
An Immersive Tour Designed to Engage Every Sense
The most powerful storytelling element of the event was the buggy tour. This was no ordinary site visit. It was a fully immersive journey. Guests traveled across the sanctuary, experiencing spaces like the Ayurvedic pavilions, diagnostic zones, meditation areas, and yoga studios. Along the way, they encountered slow yoga performances at sunset, live flute players in the trees, dancers performing traditional Indian art forms, and sitar players filling the air with emotion. Sound healing artists offered meditative music, and kayakers moved gently across the water to reflect Tulah’s focus on movement and flow. To engage the senses fully, guests were served local Kerala food, carefully spiced and beautifully presented. Taste, sound, smell, sight, and touch all came together to create an experience that was as emotional as it was informative. The entire journey reflected Tulah’s deeper message of healing and living in tune with nature.
Every Detail Aligned with Purpose
Over the course of three days, Mosaic Live managed every part of the event. We handled the planning, logistics, production, guest experience, and more. Every detail was managed to reflect Tulah’s values and philosophy. Every guest touchpoint was meaningful. And every moment reminded people that wellness is not a product or a trend. It is a way of life.
Shaping the Future of Wellness Together
For Mosaic Live, Tulah’s launch was more than an event. It was a shared mission with KEF Holdings to build something lasting, something intentional, and something that moves people. As Tulah expands with new projects like Tulah Digital, Urban Tulah, and Tulah at Home, we are proud to continue walking this path together and shaping the future of wellness with purpose.
