Recently the Masdar team came to us to produce the content and full-stage production for the Abu
Dhabi Sustainability Week Opening Ceremony and the Zayed Sustainability Prize Awards Ceremony
2023. Considering the high-profile attendees, Masdar requested top-notch content and stage
production.

We at Mosaic Live delivered all the creative content for the preshow and the 60-minute main show,
including designing custom background animations, branding for the keynote speeches, a unique
Roots-themed transition sequence from ADSW to the Prize, the prize nominations and awarding
animation, and a finale closing moment for the group photograph. We also managed the entire stage
production. It involved an LED lined floor, a bespoke fabric ceiling installation, 900+ VIP seating
management, a National Anthem performance with 100 school kids, branding around the ceremony
hall, and live streaming of the ceremony and the awards to various social media channels of Masdar.

The ceremony was held at ADNEC, Abu Dhabi. It was attended by HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed
Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, along with 14 Heads of State and 900+ Protocol attendees among
2800 guests. With our creative content and flawless execution, the event was indeed a grand
success.
